Aktifkan Notifikasi Push

Setelah notifikasi aktif, update surat approved, cuti disetujui, pengumuman tim, komentar di jurnal, dll muncul langsung di lock screen HP / system tray laptop — bahkan saat Vibe sedang tertutup.

Syarat khusus iPhone / iPad: Anda WAJIB install Vibe ke Home Screen dulu (lewat Safari). Tab browser tidak bisa terima notifikasi di iOS.

Langkah aktivasi

  1. Login ke Vibe (dari Home Screen / Dock kalau sudah di-install, atau dari browser kalau di laptop).
  2. Buka menu Settings (icon ⚙️ di sidebar / bottom-nav).
  3. Cari section "Push Notifikasi".
  4. Klik tombol "Aktifkan Push Notifikasi".
  5. Browser / OS akan munculin popup permission. Pilih "Allow" / "Izinkan".
  6. Setelah aktif, tombol berubah jadi "Test Notifikasi" — klik untuk ngirim notif uji ke device ini.
  7. Kalau notif test muncul di lock screen / notification center → sukses!

Per device, bukan per akun

Push notifikasi per browser per device. Kalau Anda pakai Vibe di HP dan di laptop, perlu aktifkan terpisah di masing-masing — masuk Settings di tiap device, ulangi langkah di atas.

Kalau notifikasi tidak muncul — troubleshooting

🚫 Tombol "Aktifkan" hilang, statusnya "Notifikasi ditolak browser"

Berarti dulu Anda pernah pilih "Block" / "Don't allow" saat browser tanya permission. Browser ingat itu. Cara reset:

  • Chrome / Edge: Klik icon gembok di address bar → Site settings → Notifications → ubah ke "Allow". Reload halaman.
  • Safari Mac: Safari → Settings → Websites → Notifications → cari vibe.rahmahgrup.id → ubah ke "Allow".
  • iPhone Safari (PWA): Settings HP → Notifications → cari Vibe → aktifkan "Allow Notifications".
  • Android Chrome: Settings HP → Apps → Chrome → Notifications → enable. Lalu di Chrome: long-press URL → Site settings → Notifications → Allow.
📱 Sudah Allow tapi notif tidak nyampe di HP
  • Cek "Do Not Disturb" / "Focus Mode" — kalau aktif, notif dibungkam OS.
  • Cek setting HP: Settings → Notifications → Vibe → pastikan "Allow Notifications" ON, dan "Lock Screen" + "Banner" + "Sounds" juga ON.
  • Coba klik "Test Notifikasi" di Settings Vibe — kalau test masuk tapi event asli tidak, lapor ke admin (mungkin event handler-nya error).
🍎 iPhone: opsi "Aktifkan" tidak muncul sama sekali

Anda kemungkinan masih buka Vibe dari tab Safari, bukan dari icon Home Screen. Cek pojok kiri atas — kalau ada bar URL Safari, berarti masih tab. Tutup, buka dari icon Home Screen.

🔄 Sudah aktif di laptop, tapi HP belum dapat notif

Itu normal — push notifikasi disimpan per device. Anda perlu masuk ke Settings di HP juga lalu aktifkan ulang di sana. Sekali setup, akan jalan terus.

🧹 Re-install / clear data — notif berhenti

Kalau Anda uninstall PWA, clear site data, atau ganti browser, subscription lokal hilang dan perlu Aktifkan ulang dari Settings.
